I've gotten a couple of warnings that my voltage has dipped to 10.4 in December and 10.2 in March with nothing in-between. Wondering when to replace, or is this normal.

Well, it's hard to say without you posting the year, make, model, mileage, and engine type (Hemi versus Hemi eTorque).

I would get it checked out sooner than later. Last thing you want is to be stranded on the side of the road because your car died. Could be battery or alternator. But yes, having the information on your vehicle to tell us would be handy.

Purely based of off forum complaints, it's your battery or a loose connection

You need to get your truck in to service.

The resting voltage should be around 12.6V - 12.7V. You either have a bad cell in your battery or a parasitic drain.

Either way it should be looked at by the dealership under warranty.
