Front license plate bracket

Bag of hay blew out of truck in front of me and had to run over the bag. Dragged for a little and ripped the clips in the license plate bracket. 2019 Rebel. There bracket I bought off Amazon said it fit bit does not. Anyone have part number?

Correct appreciate the offer. Is it for the Rebel? Not sure if the brackets are different for the other models.
