Bed Step Availability?

Yes, I've never seen it on the website, but it is clearly listed as part of the BUG in the brochure where very specific details are outlined about what's in each package.
Could be an error but I'd trust the specs in the brochure over the website, especially if it's a late availability item.

I've had my 2019 1500 Limited for just over 1 week. It came with the Bed Utility Group for $495. Of course the bed step is not available. It came with rails and the tie down hooks but NOT the divider. I contact my dealer and also Ram Customer Support. My dealer tells me that the package includes rails, tie down hooks and bed liner. Customer support tells me on the rails and tie down hooks are included (the divider only comes with Ram Box models). For $495 it doesn't include the divider? I am wondering if other have the package and if so, what came with yours.

The 2019 Ram Feature Availability guide also shows the bed step included with the Bed Utility Group. And FWIW, my latest POC shows a price of $545 for the BUG.

I was wondering about this as I am looking at my sticker and it shows BUG $845 ;
4 Adjustable Cargo Tie–Down Hooks
LED Bed Lighting
Spray–In Bedliner
Level 2 Equipment

and I just crawled up underneath my bed and I don't see one. And come to find out I am also missing my rear mid wheel wells smh.

BTW I have a 19' Ram 1500 Big Horn Sport Quad that didn't come with the sport hood either.
