New here so thanks in advance for any help on this topic.
trying to get my 97 F250 HD sounding a bit more like a truck should, I installed the Flowmaster 40 series. Really didn’t change a thing ...?....
So I through in the Super 10, really the same thing, not much change at all to the loudness, a little deeper sound but really nothing compared to the vids I’ve seen on these projects.
stock system is both exhaust manifold going into a cat, then into one muffler with 2 - 2” tailpipes out of the one muffler.
All I did was replace muffler with both 2.5” in/out flowmasters to one 2” stock tailpipe, not two.
Why do I not get this thing to sound any different then stock?
