Tyger Auto riveted Fender flares on Bighorn

Just got finished installing a set of riveted fender flares (link below) on my flame red Bighorn.

None of the pictures on the Amazon page had black bumpers so if anyone else like me wanted to see that, I've got pictures.

Install was pretty straightforward, no holes needed to be drilled, uses stock bolts that secure the wheel well liners to secure the fender flares. My only gripe was the front passengers side flare had a slight gap where you can see some of the red peeking through between it and the black bumper. Other than that, I am happy with the install.

Funny you mention the gap on the Pass side - I just noticed that this weekend with the OEM flares on my rebel, little bit of paint showing between the flare and the bumper.

Also nice grille! Which one is that / are the clearance lights an add-on?

Did you do anything to address the gap? I'm thinking of getting a can of black plastidip to touch that area up.

The bumper is a faux Rebel grill I got off of eBay. They all seem to come with those lights.

I didn't yet but PlastiDip was the same route I'm planning to go - now I need to see if it's the same on the Driver's side.

Makes sense with the grille, on my Rebel, I think I might look for a flat bar that can adhere to the same area at some point (after a lift/stance change)

did the kit come with anything like 3m clear tape to protect between the paint and the flairs?

Not clear tape, but a rubber edge guard 3m double sided tape which wrapped around the lip that made contact with the paint.

New member here, wanted to say Thanku for your post as I’ve finally found a BigHorn RAM with the same flares as I bought too ‘see’ what they will look like on my truck. A blind purchase, but now definitely a confident purchase! Just need Mother Nature to give me a day, maybe two in Northern VA to wash my truck and install these GREAT looking flares like yours! Your posting your wheel size was a help as well, I have NITTO Grapplers LT295/55/20, on 10x20, -24s

Chuckling, like JEEPS? LoL

I don’t go clawing over rocks or anything crazy like that, but I do follow some beaten dirt paths now and then when back home up north, and I liked the idea of the cladding on the Avalanche I used to own years ago that prevented some good dings/ dents. No rust here - she’s a princess but does get dirty now and again, washed and hand ceramic spray waxed after!
