Any 4x4 owners have these bolts sticking out?

Does anyone else have these two bolt heads sticking out on their transfer case? They’re under the truck below the drivers seat.
Mine look like they were coated with blue loctite but then never torqued down.

Yep, I have two showing that are easy to see. Mine have white thread sealant. Those are the fill and drain plugs. They're pipe plugs. Pipe threads are tapered and never screw in completely. They also need sealant of some type.
