Dealerships telling me they have no parts!

I am waiting for my SECOND radio replacement (third radio). Dealer told me this morning that he is waiting for Ram to approve it - they just can't order a new radio. Really ? My radio does not work, navigation can't be shut off from my last entry (even after I exit and shut off vehicle comes back on) and any function from the fob causes the horn to beep. One more radio then on to Lemon Law.

Are these considered the re-engineered ones with the updated rattle clips?

I have no idea, but from the suffix "C" I can tell that this is the second revision to the part.
