Tow hook question

Does anyone know the exact torque spec for the tow hook bolts ?

Front bolt closest to bumper 185 Nm (136lbs) and rear bolt 115 Nm (84lbs).

Well I did it backwards and if you try to do the long bolt at 136 it’ll snap
