Has anybody else with the sport hood on there ram noticed white spots starting on the plastic trim pieces

No spots on mine either. Hard water spots?
 
Show us some photos OP and maybe we can help figure this out. :)

I went out and checked mine, didn't see anything like that. Maybe that will clean off?
 
Just checked mine and nope, nothing there.
 
Yes, it was washed out good... water spots possible did not even think about that.. going to try vinegar on it today

Yeah, looks like water spots... The below works well on plastic:

Update:

Visited my local dealer only to find out its a common issue. Waiting on reply for replacement of all good trim.

Tried my heat gun on it today and the spots literally disappeared as the heat travelled over the spots.

Did the dealership know what causes it to spot? What made you decide to put heat on it?
 
I've never head of this issue, checked mine out it was fine. Maybe your dealer keeps the trucks for sale in a certain area that gets some type of fallout?

It’s the same issue as the ram box lids.. cheap plastic and the sun is fading them.

Going to order cerakote wipes and treat the plastic.
