Hey guys thought I’d get a thread going to remember all the updates/mods on the truck. This is my first truck and I absolutely love it. So far I’ve added the following mods over the last 6 weeks of ownership:
Most expensive ones first:
1. Sound system: JL 900/5 amp, powerwedge 10 tw3 truck box, 3 3.5” infinity reference speakers in dash, infinity kappas in front doors, stock speakers the rest. Used the AmpPRO ac41 harness.
2. Tires: 295/70/r18 falken wildpeak at3w on stock wheels. Plasti dipped my wheels! Planning on new rims this week
3. 2.5 motofab level installed.
4. Pedal commander for pedal lag! Awesome mod.
5. New maxliner weather mats. Love them great epics too $99.
6. Truck bed rubber mat by Westin. $109
7. OPT7 redline triple led bar. Just out this in.
8. Chrome delete. Plasti dipped black the hood 1500 badges, tail pipes and back ram badge. Also removed front grill RAM badge replaced with back OEM badge off eBay. Put black OEM RAM door badges on.
9. Tinted window.
COMING SOON:
I just ordered FUEL zephyr wheels D633 matte black 18”s which have a more aggressive off road look that I’m going for. Possible going with a bigger lift 3.5” not sure. Also want to update the lights on the exterior and interior with all LED’s. Not bright at all right
