Just received my i3 from diablo for my 2020 big horn, unlocked pcm should be here tomorrow. Once that is in, off to do same data logs. Still in the air whether going greene or hemifever for the custom tune. I'll report back with my *** dyno findings tomorrow!

Following. Any other mods?

Cai, moes ported throttle body, catless y pipe, muffler delete, 2" rear drop

In the mail: 6.4 intake manifold, core 4x4 control arms,

Currently looking into wheel tire setup, looking to go smaller wheel

held off on long tubes for now because was unsure which way down the road I want to go with boost. But now thinking I may want to supercharge with torqstorm so when I pull that trigger will have to change out the y pipe set up for the long tubes

Nice plans. Ready to see what all that adds up to in power and see some of the potential these trucks have.

install went extremely smooth over the weekend, no issues what so ever with the i3, from reading stock pcm to installing unlocked pcm and loading tunes took around 20 minutes, majority of that time just letting it write to new pcm.

After taking it on a short spin on the 93 octane tune I am highly impressed, 100% worth every penny

Have you tried to top it out? Stock pcm allows 105 mph before cutting off.

Not yet it was a quick run down the road, was able to turn off mds and change speed limiter to 180 and put the throttle response up 20% more. Certainly felt more power throughout the rpm range with quicker throttle response, almost immediate when you touch the throttle.

Once I wrap up some data logs and send them in for a custom tune and trans tune it should squeeze out a little more. Than once intake manifold comes in, all over again

Nice. I'm close to pulling the trigger on that Diablo setup. Just waiting for a window to let it go pass the wife lol

100% worth it, I opted for the i3 because I really did not need the gauges and could use that money elsewhere on the next part, just needed a handheld to write tunes and datalog, regardless I am sure you will enjoy it

Are you custom tuning through Jay Greene?

It was him or hemifever, just seen today he is closing shop until middle of May so that may push me towards hemifever, unfortunate because I was leaning towards GR. Worst case scenario I get a hemifever and than a greene later

Not to spend your money, but curious on that myself lol.
I’ve researched a lot on this, to be fair to all parties. I can say both are just different tunes for the vehicles, as they are different tuners. Some are going to love/hate either or. Going to be in the buyers perspective.

Did you ever get a tune from either?

I just ordered a i3+PCM and have been chatting with Jay, he's been VERY quick to respond. Planning on working with him later this week.
