No owners manual, how do you lower the center seat on 2019 Ram?

Owner's manual - I was able to get a hard copy a year and a half ago.
The manual can be down loaded from this forum. Top line, hit arrow next to "Search" and go to "Resources"
Last time I tried to attach as a file on the forum it was too large. There is info that can be accessed in the truck. Unfortunately I can not give you the steps on how to it at this moment.

Strap is on upper console, next to driver, probably tucked between the seats.
