License Plate Bulbs

I have a 2019 Big Horn level 2, no LED light package. Wanted to gradually upgrade my lighting to LED bulbs, starting w/ rear lights. Videos showed the license plate bulbs were removed by twisting the housing. When I went out to install the bulbs the first thing I noticed is each side appears to have two bulbs. Also, the housing is secured with a bolt. Are these already LED’s?

Added 3rd picture, appears to be LED already, does that come standard on these? Can I use the bulbs I bought anywhere else in the truck?

Yes. Those are LED on all 1500s. You can't replace the lighting units.

Well, crap, I searched "2019 ram change license plate bulb" and the first video was from Diode Dynamics showing how to do it. Now I see that video was made in 2014. Could only see the bottom of the tailgate and bumper so I couldn't tell it was an older model. Seems odd they would use LED on that and nothing else. I'll have to see if I can use those bulbs elsewhere in the truck and return them if I can't. Thanks!!!
