These are the actual splash guards... I don't know the part number but I just bought a set at the dealership because I installed OEM fender flares, it's around $17 for each of the front and about $25-30 for the rear

Yeah every time I search for splash guards in the parts diagrams it shows the longer ones (that I already have and that suck)... that's the problem I'm having

So I removed the factory mudflaps to find the exact parts I was looking for underneath.

Also, the mudflaps are just terrible. Each one of them had around 8 pounds of sand and ice stuck inside.
