Radio Station Preset Browsing Gripe

I have had my 2020 Laramie Sport for a little over a month. My only complaint so far is the radio preset changing. Using the steering wheel controls you can only go forward using the left backside middle button. Wish there was a way to move backwards. Is there a way to reconfigure the steering wheel rear buttons. Would like to use the left rear up/down buttons to move through presets. Not a big deal just a want. Forgot to mention I have the non-nav model.

Agree, I have the same gripe.

No way to reprogram the steering wheel buttons that I am aware of. Would be a nice option.
