19 Limited with Ram airflow

Easy install with great fuel mileage. City driving has improved almost 2 mpg. Not tested highway yet. Rpm idle has dropped from 750 to around 600. Engine feels super smooth.
Power is there quicker than before.

I'm running magnaflow exhaust with a pulsar from diablo. Running 22's with 35" tires and front leveling kit. Will post more pics later. I have not noticed any extra noise coming from the front. What I have noticed is much quicker get up and go and so so much smoother in shifts thru the gears. My mileage instantly has gone up in city driving. I went from 13.5 to 15.8 mpgs. I picked up the kit from my local dealer for $700 and change. Will post back after some highway cruising .

Good deal OP, now personally I can not attest to improved gas mileage as it’s only had 12 miles put on since installed.

An 18% increase in mpg is impressive. If it carries over to hwy, you should be in the 24-25 mpg range. That is nearing the eco diesel.

I’m pretty sure I seen either in this thread or the other one that someone has already installed it that has Etorque with no issues. Try skimming both threads and you’ll find it.

Side question, what leveling kit did you find for your Limited?

Not yet available. I took a gamble and bought the Daystar 1 1/2" lift. Plus revel performance adjustable links. Adjusted the links to get the extra 1/2" for a total of 2" lift. Sits completely horizontal. The air ride works on all 5 levels. I keep it on level 3 which is the normal height. Over 60 mph it drops down to level 2 automatically. If you need any more info pm me. I will help you with all the details including link heights and headlight adjustments.

Sorry but I’d need to see much more proof of anything along those lines, if it were that easy they’d all come that way.

I don't foresee those kinds of numbers, do to the exhaust and wheel and tire combo which weigh 125lbs a piece. But more likely around 18 mpg's on the highway. Again the wheel combo drastically hinders my mpg's above 75 mph. By the way before the airflow install I avg 13.3 mpg city, 15.8 mpg highway.

The Mopar site(s) state: "This bolt-on system is designed to allow cooler outside air in through a directional cone filter and funnel it directly into the intake manifold. This kit provides noticeable horsepower and torque gains under varying atmospheric conditions."
Would seem that in any engine work, when you gain more HP & torque... you add air AND fuel. So unless there's some fine print in the instructions with the Mopar RamAir kit regarding the injectors...or A/F ratio compensation via the ECM/ECU ... even though it looks very cool...I'm not buying the Mopar engineers' "gains" rhetoric for $600+ to $1000.
While introduced at the Chicago Auto Show... for pure aesthetics, I would have preferred they release the hood with the SRT-type scoop, without the 5.7L badging. But then again... I tend towards the old school Mopars. My bad

Let's say you get 10h-15hp out of it. Do you really think you could feel that in a 5500 lb truck? No. I'd like to see someone actually dyno one. Don't let the whole "RAM air" thing fool you. There is no such thing as "ramming" more air into the intake above atmospheric pressure. If you want that they have these things called turbos and superchargers.

At least K&N provides a dyno sheet for their intakes.

Absolutely...agree 100%. Also, if it was so effective it would not be an accessory, it would be used across the board to assist in meeting EPA mpg goals...Kudos !
