Is anyone aware of any way to install a light bar on the roof of a 5th gen truck without drilling holes? It looks like there’s a plastic strip that could be removed. Are there provisions for a roof rack?

I have the roof marker lights so I can run the wiring that way, but I need to mount the bar somehow.

Any ideas?

TIA

No I do not. I'm thinking I may just out in on the grille, just below the hood.

This was my recent install of off road lights and some or confused so I will say these lights I installed like a lightbar are meant for off road use only or while no other cars are on the road only. With that said I went with the zroadz hood brackets and baja designs squadron pro driving combo lens. Last picture is just the pods on.

Also baja designs just came out with their hidden bumper light bar kit and will put the rough country one to sham, 2 kits the s8 and the onx6 the s8 is cheaper but I will be doing the onx6 in the future.

I would imagine that you could affix magnets to many different light bars. Extremely powerful high-grade Neodymium, grade N42 or higher should work but follow all safety warnings. These are no joke if they crash together.

Just installed 30” speed demon behind the lower grille

Yes 1/4 by 2” flat bar bent to a 90.slid the light bar on top and marked the mounting holes and drilled another bolt into the top

The Rigid Adapt light bar is 30lbs. I am using rubber coated neodymium magnets that are 2" in diameter and have somewhere around 66lbs of force each. I am using 2 on each side. Now I have to drill that one hole for the power to come thru and ill be done.
