Vinyl Wrap Ivory White tri-coat pearl

As you may know, de-chroming some (all!) parts of the truck is kinda must. Painting the chrome might not be an ideal solution for various reasons. I went ahead and ordered samples of all white/pearl vinyl wrap I could find. I ended up buying 18 sample! I’ll take photos/videos of all samples and compare them to the body color, and report back what’s the closest match. Stay tuned

The Avery pearl white is very close to the ivory tri coat pearl. its a little brighter but not by much. I made some bumper plugs out of carriage bolts and wrapped the heads of them with the Avery stuff, they match almost perfect with the bumper. Unless you knew it was different you wouldn't know by looking at it.

Sorry for the delay guys. As promised I made 3 videos comparing White vinyl wraps that are close match to the Ivory White tri-coat pearl. I immediately illuminated many sample as their color was way off!

First video I chose the best 5 samples. The video was filmed in poor lighting condition. I used the phone’s torch to show the metallic effect

Second video was done in a good lighting condition

3rd video I chose the best 3 options, and... I think we have a winner

Those all look pretty close but I'm sure in person there are distinct differences. Did you end up deciding which would match the closest?

I am heavily contemplating wrapping the chrome bumpers on my ivory tri-coat truck, as well.

Yeah I’m considering wrapping my grille nostrils and graphite grey slats body color as well.
