I have the 5.7, 4x4, Off road package, 20” aluminum clad wheels. No air suspension. No additional lift.

I am reading that the largest tire I can fit without rubbing is the 275/65/20. Is this correct?

Combination of both, without rubbing
All trucks vary from one to the next so what fits on one might rub on another that being said.
275 65 20 typically fit, 285 60 20 will for sure fit, 285 65 20 should fit which would be the tallest 34.6" tall and 11.25" wide some say fit but are tight, some say they had a minor rub. 295 60 20 34" tall 11.5" wide might fit. 305 55 20 will fit 33.25" tall and 12.25" wide but you will have limited clearance between the sidewall and upper control arm with the factory wheels typically less than 1/4". The other thing to keep in mind is that the sizes listed by the manufacture are nominal and what match closest to the actual size and these dimensions will vary from manufacture to manufacture. A 285 60 20 from company A may be bigger or smaller than a 285 60 20 from company B so it's always best to go to manufactures website and see what the actual dimensions are. A 285 60 20 ridge grappler would fit nicely and look really good. Stock without the off road package on the truck below

Great post and excellent info. Kudos.
So I guess the question now would be, what are your max height and widths that would fit for a 285/60/20 and 275/65/20?

I was thinking 295/55r20 would be a good compromise but there is a much more limited selection of tires in this sizing. Roughly comes out to 33x11.5. Please correct me if I'm wrong but it should fit without rubbing correct?

I'm also seeing guys running 20x10s with 33x12.50s on custom offsets claiming that they have factory suspension with no rubbing or trimming so I would imagine that if you were comfortable with running a wheel spacer you could make the 33x12.50s work with factory 20s. Again please do correct me if I'm wrong because I havent done this myself just sharing the information I've found so far as I am also in the same boat trying to figure out my best options.

I just put 286/65/R20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on my stock 20s. I had the ORG, but added a Readylift 2” level at the same time I added the tires. I have rubbing at full turn only in reverse. I’m considering spacers. IMG_7409.JPG

What are people paying for Nitto Ridge Grapplers roughly? Thinking of getting a set for 20" Limited wheels.

Nice setup. I have the same size tires on the same leveling kit, and am also considering wheel spacers (You ARE referring to wheel spacers, correct?). Have you looked in to what size spacers will work with your setup? I'm considering around 1.5" if possible.

1.5 should fit without trimming the lugs because of the pockets on the back of the factory wheels. At least that seems to be what everyone is saying on here. About to order a set myself

Thanks. Aesthetically I would have preferred the 2.5” level, but I tow my boat frequently, and it squats an inch in the rear, so I needed the residual rake.

As far as spacers, just enough to get me to the edge of the fenders, which will eliminate that rub as well. I saw somewhere on here a guy used 1.25” with stock 20s and it looked about right.

Just put 285 65r20 nitto Grappler G2’s on. Air ride none off road package, no lift, no level.
only have driven home so I have not checked for any rubs at full lock.

Just threw on Nitto Grapplers 305/45r22 on my Laramie. Stock Suspension, no lift/level kit- The ever so slightest rub full lock but it’s so slight no trimming is necessary.
