Parking bark engaged momentarily during acceleration (5-10mph) away from a traffic light yesterday. Yellow parking brake warning light flashed on, then reset after i restarted truck. Anyone else run into this issue?

I have not had that exact issue but I had similar when one of my doors was opened and I was trying to reverse. It kept slamming on the e-brake instead of letting me reverse. It took me awhile to figure out why I couldn't move. *shake my head at that "feature"*

Do you think the truck perhaps was glitching and thought your door was open and therefore refused to move? Not sure if it works like that in forward but I know it does it in reverse.

Maybe...all doors were secure. Hopefully not the start of a FCA electrical gremlin(s)...

I've had that happen a couple of times exiting the car wash when in neutral, but the pbrake engages before selecting Drive in those cases.

I think its safety feature for the roll away vehicles specially driver side door must be fully closed for vehicle to move. Too many people leaving cars in drive and getting off and getting run over
