Actually I didn't expect the gas prices to remain around $3.60 a gallon in California. As of now it is over $4.20 for 87 octane. The voters spoke and approved increased taxes on Gas and DMV fees. Must be all those that don't work and count on the gov to support them. Call it a CA penalty assessment.
Supposedly the increases were supposed to fix our roads, pretty sure all that money is getting redirected to the boondoggle black hole of a money pit high speed rail. But look on the bright side, you'll be able to catch a train from Bakersfield to Madera. Oh wait, Amtrak already does that, and no one uses it.

How else are they going to pay 20 million dollar per year bonuses to the CEO's?
Stepping on necks is free but making sure your kids never have to work is pretty expensive. Haven't you heard what USC is charging these days?! The grandparents did not have to spend near as much to buy Junior a free ride.

Colorado and Texas.
Suppposedly it has something to do with the Ethanol supply being cut off and slowly returning to normal after all of the flooding in the Mid-West/Central states. I think if anyone farts loud enough they will probably raise prices due to a Natural Gas supply boom! :ROFLMAO:

Yeah, who wants to go to either of those citites. If I want polluted air, I'll go elsewhere.

You know what I am kind of tired of? The Shell station by my house stops at 20 gallons. To get a full tank and then need to go through the card process again and it's usually for only 2 or so gallons.

We will never see relief from this... the one-party state here in CA consists of politicians who's donors (you know, the ones who pay for their re-election) would prefer that you ride the bus, or maybe drive a Tesla/Leaf. That plus plenty of sheeple in this state means we'll never break that political stranglehold.
