What exactly is happening?Guess FCA needs to start using a higher strength adhesive.

Until the dealership addresses the issue I can only speculate the hood is glued on and the adhesive is separating. Pressing down on the hood gives the indication it’s definitely installed in a climate controlled environment as it seems to be too small - it doesn’t naturally lay flush with dash. Adhesive is the only thing preventing a gap. Not good.
