This just showed up all over the place:
I do not run an ad blocker, I do see and am willing to see the ads, If I ran an ad blocker, I guess I would be willing to see this notice.
But please, not both! Serve the notice to those running blocker or deal with them not having ads, but I see the ads and do not want to see the messages for those who do not see ads. Makes me want to run an ad blocker.
