XX ft lbs torque + 180 degrees - Who does it??? Where is the best place to find real torque specs???

I guess it's been a while since I worked on vehicles, because tons of fasteners on my truck now have torque ratings that I'm not familiar with. XX ft lbs of torque + 180, 190, etc... degrees. So I looked it up. They use a dial indicator. So I bought one. Can't read it upside down though, and that's what I'm torquing! I'd have to lay on the ground, looking up at the dial indicator, while trying to get enough leverage to go 180 degrees (or whatever the reading is) after I torque it to the initial spec. That sucks. Basically the equivalent of "One ugga tugga" for a torque spec. I don't know why they just don't say "55 ft lbs" or whatever it is. So now I have a useless dial indicator. Waste of money. I torqued to spec, swapped out the torque wrench for a breaker bar while holding the socket in place, marked the back of the socket (approximately) 180 degrees from the front, and then turned it slowly until the socket mark was in front of me. Accurate? Nope. But who knows what the real spec is supposed to be when we are adding degrees after ft. lbs of torque. I hate these new specs.

I've also found 3 different specs for various fasteners - upper and lower balls joints, tie rod ends, caliper, brake pad bracket, etc... I haven't found a dealer yet that can provide me with specs for those fasteners in writing for my truck. How are they doing maintenance / repairs if they don't even know the correct torque specs????

Here is what I'm currently using. (2019 1500 Laramie 4x4 5th gen with normal Hemi engine):

Upper Ball Joint and Tie Rod end: 26 ft lb + 180 degrees
Lower Ball Joint: 38 ft lb + 195 degrees
Brake Pad bracket: 130 ft lb
Caliper: 31 ft lb
CV axle nut: 185 ft lbs
Lug nuts:130 ft lbs
Bearing / Hub assembly bolts: 134 ft lbs
