I was going to renew my XM subscription only to find the radio on my 2019 Bighorn DT with 8.4 inch unit showing "Acquiring Signal" It will not show the Preview channel (channel 1).
Has anyone else encountered a problem like this? Will a reset help? I do not have an unlock code for the radio if it is required for a reset. I could not find any reset info online for the radio like mine. Most info showed holding power and tune buttons down at the same time, and this must be for an earlier version. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Did you try and relocate the truck? Overhead obstructions may be interfering with the ability to "see" the satellite(s). You may also try asking down in the radio section here. There may be an answer to your question there from other users/members.
I think the radio will be in the Uconnect version 4 so that will be where I would take a peek in the section for the radio messages that match your radio.

When I wanted to renew I just chatted with them on their website. All they needed was the VIN number of the vehicle.

Turns out the factory antenna is the issue. I would have to guess broken wire or bad connector. I really did not want to bring down the headliner to trouble shoot, so I ordered an antenna from Amazon. Connected it and the XM came right up. ;)
