I've had my 2019 Laramie for a week and the phone charger cycles from charging (blue light), to not charging (flashing red light), to off (no light), and then back to charging. This cycle continues as long as my Samsung Note 9 is against the charging pad. Itook it to the dealership, they don't know what's wrong. Any recommendations on what's going on?

Is your note in a case? I swapped the case on my 8 plus and the charger works great.

Thanks Goatmann for the reply. I had actually tried it with and without the case and had the same results. I attempted charging my phone today and found that placing it at an angle the charge light remained lit. I will have to find something to wedge under the phone to hold it in place.

Your phone will fit in the gripper part of the charger. Just push the phone down and it will stay until you pull it up and out.

Lay the Note 9 sideways and press down evenly. Make sure it is all the way to the left and all the way down. Works with my Note 8 all the time. Of course, the end with the cord should be on the right side.
