Same here. $60,000 truck and the wife’s phone won’t fit in the charger. Ridiculous

I place mine in sideways (top at left). Works like a champ! And I don’t bother pushing it down into the “grip”.

I have to push mine down into the grip to make it work. I have an Samsung S20 Ultra with a thick case.
