Wire access from the rear of the cab towards the bed

I'm trying to install a radio in my 2021 Limited E-torque with folding rear seats.
The main body of the radio will be located behind the passenger seat; the antenna in the bed of the truck.
I'm looking for an easy way (no drilling) to feed the wire from behind the seat to the outside toward the bed. I don't want to go through the rear cab vent; concern with possible water ingress.
Any recommendation?

Ran my RG-58 cables under the driver side rear seat, replaced the hard plastic grommet with a soft one.

Yes, a hard plastic one that is a pain to remove.
