Will Bed Step fit with Carven Exhaust?

Hey guys, really looking to get a bed step but I heard the Carven cat back exhaust system gets in the way of the install. Can any one confirm the bed step does or does not fit with after market exhaust?

Hey man you ever find an answer to this? I spoke with a member who has Carven tips and it works but not sure about the whole cat back.
