I have been looking around at budget hard tri fold tonneas. I have seen tonneaus listed as fitting 2009-2019 Rams and I have seen tonneaus listed as fitting 2019-20 Rams. I have emailed the ebay vendors and their response is that the 2020's are not on their fitment list? Question: when was the fitment list created . The cheapest 2020 tonneau is $ 100 more that the 2019's.

Be careful because there is a classic 2019. As long as it’s 2019 5th gen it will fit a 2020 5th gen

I am temporarily using the soft trifold from my 17 on my 2020 and it's probably about 1"-2" too short. The front and rear edges are barely touching the front of the bed and the tailgate. Also the front of the bed has a gap between the bed and cover. I'll replace it sooner or later...
