wierd prox sensor indication

So I had the front bumper replaced on my 2019 1500. When I picked it up the proximity alert was on steady indication an object directly in front - the shop got under there and fixed that. But a few day later I started getting an intermittent alert: (Video link was when I had a trailer connected but I get the same malfunction when it isn't connected)
Any Ideas?
