Whirring noise lasts 10 to 12 minites after i turn truck off.

Just drove it home from dealer and parked in garage. Noise coming from under hood somewhere and lasting 10 to 12 minutes. No air suspension. Stock Laramie for the most part. Before I ask dealer wanted to ask of anyone knew or had same issue please.

I believe its the electric pump the runs coolant through the turbos. Mine does it as well

Thanks Rebel2022! Appreciate the fast response. The length of time it made the noise had me more concerned than the noise itself. So far this truck is awesome. Had a 2009 and 2016 and they just keep on getting better. But... RIP Hemi. You will be missed.

Ive been hearing that as well nice to have an answer as to what it is I was starting to worry too haha.

Im not sure what they are but I hear them as well sounds like its coming from driver side towards the cab when I was under the hood yesterday...

I don’t know if this killed my battery one day. It was 2v.

Replaced both batteries get a check engine light , engine off ignition on

Turns off when started

At stop start events my voltage drops to 12.2 12.3 and it is in red as if it doesn’t like the voltage

No codes

Any help appreciated

I have same issue. Truck is 1 week old. 2 days later I noticed another sound that was more of a hum. Lasted for about 20 minutes after engine shut off. Coming from driver side about half way down the block. I timed it and the noise would stop for about 1 second every 2 minutes.
