Which is more likely to rub?

I’m looking to put new wheels and tires on my limited with off road package. I’m planning to put on some 295/55/20s. Trying to decide between wheels with 20x9 +1 offset or 20x10 -18 offset. Which would be less likely to rub?

20x9 +1 but may not rub with either with that small of tire.
