Which Control Unit to select in AlfaOBD?

I have 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn/Lone Star(seemed weird to me but the VIN indicates both packages) 5.7 Hemi.
Just got AlfaOBD and the accoutrements from WeekndGarage.com but haven't connected yet.
Doing dry runs on AlfaOBD and I'm unsure when I do connect which Control Unit I should select. The one with the DT or the plain one? I'm guessing the one with DT.

If you're trying to connect to 2020 BCM;

Before making any changes, make sure you follow the directions to save a backup file.

Another probably stupid question...
I've read lots of posts and watched lots of YT videos but haven't seen anyone address exactly what to do after changing something with AlfaOBD.
I assume after the procedure completes you select "Start" and disconnect and you cycle the ignition through off, acc, and run a few times.
Then you disconnect the security bypass and reconnect the connectors that you had the bypass cable connected to, yes???
