dedicated GPS, TMPS, trailer rear camera ... dash is getting pretty busy and like a weirdo, I want to see out the windshield.

I have a few mounting ideas to keep everything out of my line-of-sight and yet be accessible to both me and the passenger, but I am VERY interested in seeing what others have done.
Pics would be great!

oh dang, check this out! three AMPS mounts and it's metal for the clinch-it mounts if you want.
Pair it with a 12V three-way plug box mounted somewhere, and I think that may be the cleanest setup for traveling. Thoughts?

Is any of that connected to your phone? If so and you have the 8.4 or 12, you could just get a media streaming box.

phone is connected to the 8.4", and has "gps" there, but it's not "RV safe" (will route on propane restricted roads, low underpasses, tight turns, etc)
Tailgate cam is also on the 8.4", and I could (in theory) wire a trailer cam into the 8.4", but would then lose the tailgate cam which I need to hookup the trailer solo.

So the items I mentioned are all external to the trucks main display (which still needs to be visible/functional.

For the gps app, you could use this RV gps.

Where would the trailer cam be mounted ideally? I’ve successfully installed a front camera for a total of $35 and have it show when I tapped “cargo camera” in uConnect. You could do something similar.
if you were just wanting the simplest solution with the least amount of work (like the bracket you showed), then ignore what I’m saying.

I had looked at that app before I bought the dedicated Garmin 980RV. Might give it another look (and see if it's able to be displayed in android auto).

The trailer cam would be (ideally) a full rear view on the back of the Travel Trailer, and the option to have a passenger side view. They would be up on the dash all the time for freeway traveling and changing lanes. Im not even sure I have the cargo cam option on my 2019 8.4" uconnect, I have a rearview button but that's wired to the tailgate cam.

I'm thinking that there are some other RV'rs out there that have similar problems with TOO MANY dash mounted items and maybe have it solved. Id love to see pics of their setups!

Speaking about the app, you would not be able to cast it to Uconnect without a media streaming box. Since you already have a GPS that probably costs about the same as the media streaming box, it probably wouldn’t make a whole lot of sense to use the app.

For the cargo cam to be enabled, you would need a tazerDT or AlfaOBD to enable it. At that point you might as well buy the Mopar cargo cam third brake light also. However, I don’t know how you would solve sideview of a trailer.

I'm definitely going to try getting a trailer camera working on my uConnect 12 at some point. Is there a threat where you posted what you did for the front camera?

There is, but it took me a while to find it since search comes up with so many results. I just drilled a hole in the grill, installed the camera, routed wiring to fusebox/back of infotainment display, added my custom video jack, and enabled cargo cam in tazerDT. I did 3 other installs like this, and got the total time of install down to a little over 1hr. Z-automotive has a $25 harness if you can’t make your own.
