When to consider changing upper control arm

Got my 2" leveling strut, and my 33" tires. Looks great and I'm happy. However I know that upper control arms have always been issues when lifting...especially when going to bilstein 5100 at max setting.

My question...at what point should you consider replacing upper control arm? If you do a 1" lift, or 3" lift? My rough country strut replacement puts me at 2", however when measuring front lower air damn,and tires, im 3" higher than stock ( my 33" tires gave me almost 1" lift on top of the 2").

Here is a picture of my upper control arm. I think it looks ok. It has a slight flex to it.
