Wheels spacers

Just got 1.5 in titan wheel spacers for my 2021 ram 2500. Will I have to cut lugs to install the spacers ?

I'm not familiar with the brand, but the 1.5" should be thick enough that the remaining studs will fit in the recesses on the backside of the wheel. I did not do anything except install on my truck and I have 1.5"

Also, you said you have a 2500. This forum is for the 5th Gen 1500s. The HD trucks aren't true 5th gens. Might have better answers at hdrams.com
