I just bought a new to me 2020 Ram Sport.

It has these wheels on it.

Grenade Wheel - TNT wheels

This chart is on that website, it is a 20" wheel. Any idea which of the 20" options my tire is?

Currently I have 275/55R20 tires on it. I want something more "beefy" and aggressive, without sacrificing a ton of road noise and gas mileage. I plan on putting a level on it (Bilstein 5100 lift struts) with a 2" max lift on the front.

What would the biggest wheel I could put on with the lift (with no further mods)? 34"?

The size and offset are usually stamped on the inside of the wheel on one of the spokes. Looks like the only offset offered on the 20's is 10mm, and your bolt pattern is 6-139.7 for the Ram. You can fit 35's if you lift 2", since the Sport has the off road package if I remember right. That'll put you at 3" total. You're going to sacrifice both road noise and gas mileage, so it's basically just get over it or stay with smaller road tires instead of AT's.

I have a '22 big horn, did a 2" spacer and UCA's. Leveled the truck up with about a 1/2" rake remaining. I was able to fit 295/65r20's , which are shown to be 35.1" diameter. There was some minor rubbing on the back fender liner.
I did the tab removal and remolding of the liner.... no more rubbing! Here's the link: How to: modify wheel wells for larger tires/Negative offsets

Here are the tires I had installed : https://www.prioritytire.com/by-bra...L1sLf3OcgIfyPFLxnaAbqOj0uHLUUACY7QTMomxfTOJcQ
Very happy with the ride quality, very little road noise, barely louder than stock.

Here's a pic of my truck:

Oh, I am using the stock 20" rims with 1.5" spacers, not sure of the backspacing on the stock rims. With the spacers, the tires are about a 1/2" inside of the flares.

AND...... your truck may or may not have the factory 1" lift.....
My "sport" package does not have that option.

@TedN @LaxDfns15 I am pretty sure that my Canadian Sport does not have the offroad package. I have the build-out sheet from the factory and it does not appear...that I can find anyways.

So with just a 2" lift it'll be like @TedN said, you'll have to modify the fender depending on the offset you have. 35's will be crammed in there a bit.
