Just wondering... On the generation 3 EcoDiesel, front passenger side of the engine... What is under the insulated cover?
 
Bosch CP.4 fuel injection pump. The achilles heel of modern diesel engines.
 
Is it belt driven or gear driven? Cannot see enough of it to tell.
