What's this part called?

I have a 2020 Ram 1500 Rebel (5.7L Hemi, 12" radio). In the center console, there's a rubber panel (see my crude photo drawing). This is where some models might have a wireless phone charger pad. I'm looking for the part number for this rubber pad and also how to replace it. Ignore the wireless charging pad shown on the right side of my photo. Thanks in advance.

The console generally comes as 1 big fat item though.
