My New Train Horn. :)

Ordered an electric horn from Amazon, $29.

Ran a Line from the + of the factory Horns to the electric mini compressor, ran the - from the compressor through the firewall and into a switch I mounted under the light controls and then the ground is connected to the nearest metal surface I found.

So - I can either run all 3 horns or flick a switch and run just the factory disappointments on their own (in case of police proximity).

Its loud enough to make a point when being cut up, and legal enough (ish) to avoid unwanted POPO attention, and it didn't cost much at all.

What do you mean by "being cut up," and what is a POPO?
Also, for those of us considering such a purchase, it's considered good etiquette to provide a link to your purchase.
In that way we may all revel in your good fortune and admire the craftsmanship of your find.

It didn't happen unless you post a video of the noise.

Here is the horn, mounted vertically, i enlarged one of the two mounting holes and the existing bolt that retains the front cross member to the upper fender struts (no idea what they are really called) was used to secure the horn in place, you can see the air line towards the bottom of the photo

Here is the mini compressor - i zip tied it to a plastic object with a semi circle hollow - perfect resting place., the negative wire runs behind the battery, through the firewall and into a kill switch, is grounded next to the fuse box.

In Arizona, people wait until the last possible second then swing wildly across 5 lanes of the i-10 and cut right in front with millimetres to spare to take the exit and quite frankly its effing dangerous.

PoPo is what the youngsters call the Police
