Thinking about replacing OEM Rebel wheels with same diameter and width, but want to push out an inch without using wheel spacers. What would I need?

You’re looking at a -25 offset. 25mm is about an inch.
So what's the factory offset? The picture seems maybe a half inch or so too much for me. I want them right even with the fender flares, not sticking out.

I’ve found that the Rebel wheel size is 18x8, offset 19.05mm. You said that you wanted the wheel to stick out an inch further. Therefore, I’d say that the wheel should have an offset of -4 on an 18x8 rim.
