what offset and width do I need?

what offset and width wheel will I need with 2.25 wide fender flares and 295/60/20 nitto ridge grappler tires? I would like the tire to be flush with flares or just a tad wider.

Probably a -24 offset wheel. Custom offsets would give you a better idea.

Are your factory wheels the 9" wide +19 offset? If so just measure from the edge of tire to edge of fender flare, then subtract in mm to get your offset.
