What is this?

Was putting in a control for my air springs and saw this. No idea what it is - didn't pull it because images of a lifeboat immediately inflating jumped into my head.

It's a neutral override for the transmission if your truck isn't able to be turned on.

it's an orange strap.

If you pull on the strap, it pops out with a little tag at the end that says, "RTFM"
