I have a 2019 1500 crew cab 5.7 hemi with 150,000 miles. I had new tires installed about 6 weeks ago. This whining sound started at the same time. It’s constant and changes in pitch depending on speed. At first I chalked it up to road noise from the tires until we had our first decent snow and I noticed the sound didn’t change at all on snow covers roads. I had rear dif fluid changed a couple days ago and the tech said the fluid was dirty but clear and he didn’t notice any metal shavings. Truck transmission shifts no problem and shifting to 4 high or 4 low seems to be working as it should with no issues. I’m hoping it’s a wheel bearing and not something major but I’ve never heard a bad bearing sound like that. I had the Mopar Max Care but of course that timed out in November. Hers the link please forgive the background noise. Dog panting in the background. Whine

If you have plenty of time and if there is no inconvenient, you could put your summer tires just for a test drive and compare the noise change. If there is no change in the sound, you'll know it's not a tire issue. Then have your wheel bearing check. Sound like your wheel bearing are shot though.
