I have a 2019 1500 crew cab 5.7 hemi with 150,000 miles. I had new tires installed about 6 weeks ago. This whining sound started at the same time. It’s constant and changes in pitch depending on speed. At first I chalked it up to road noise from the tires until we had our first decent snow and I noticed the sound didn’t change at all on snow covers roads. I had rear dif fluid changed a couple days ago and the tech said the fluid was dirty but clear and he didn’t notice any metal shavings. Truck transmission shifts no problem and shifting to 4 high or 4 low seems to be working as it should with no issues. I’m hoping it’s a wheel bearing and not something major but I’ve never heard a bad bearing sound like that. I had the Mopar Max Care but of course that timed out in November.
