What is this piece called on top of the tailgate?

Can someone tell me what the plastic piece on top of the tailgate is called? I managed to scuff mine a bit and being anal, I want to replace it. Google has not been my friend in trying to figure this out. BTW, if someone knows the part number that would be even better!
