Hitchmate. Quicker to setup and has a nice divider.
Or just a good old 2 by 4 near the tailgate

Same. Cut a 2x6 I had laying around and jammed it in the bedside notches. Works for me.

I have been using one of these for years, it doubles as a bike rack. However I often times by myself trying to put cargo in other places
