Everyone likes to personalize the looks and/or performance of their vehicle. I'm curious what people have spent on non-maintenance and repair items on their 5th Gen trucks.

Things like window-tinting, new tires (assuming the old ones were not worn out,) engine mods, fuzzy dice, naked girl mudflaps, etc...

Bed cover $900, Bed Rug $200, OEM Step $350, Exhaust $1200, PPF, Tint, Coating $4000. Do I include the truck gun?

Only had it a week, and winter coming, and just getting started, but once I get to the bottom of my mod list, It’ll be around $10,000

I spent a little over 3k on wheel/tires and a leveling kit a month before my truck was delivered. I've since added a few things like tinted lights/windows, mud flaps and AJT knobs. I'm glad I like the sound and performance of the truck in stock form, because I can to use that money for beer and dirt bike stuff.

Bak MX4, Tint, Bilstein 5100's (x4), Hellwig swaybar, and color matched mirror caps. I think that's it.

Planning on getting larger tires once the OEM wearout.

Hellwig sway bar, wheels and tires, dash cam, Mishimoto catch can, throttle controller, autostop eliminator. There's probably more, but that's all I can think of off the top of my head. Those put me just over $3k.

Figured the $2500 - $4999 slot would be the most popular, that's where I'm headed once I get all the parts and installs done.

Most people do wheels and/or tires (often pricey ones like Toyos/Nittos), exhaust, PPF/ceramic and then a handful of other smaller mods. So right off those main three I named will probably get you up over $2.5k.

Tint, tires & BakFlip puts me at around $3,500.

I’m at $6700 + change currently. Not sure how much farther it will go.

For the life of me, somebody explain why I gotta order a $20 foam cup holder for the passenger side on a Laramie, but I can hit a button in the cab, and my tailgate comes down all by itself

I'm a lucky guy. Was talking with my wife about the Magnaflow I ordered and she asked how much it was. "Just over a grand..." I said, with some apprehension in my voice.

She goes, "Uw, yeah that's a lot...then again, last time I went bag and clothing shopping I spent like $500 so...long as you don't buy a new exhaust every year I think we're good." lol made my argument for me. She's a keeper 😁

Yeah, but since I don't have my truck yet sorta hard to say. Having PPF, tint and ceramic done as soon as I get it home. Radar and dash cam, console safe also on the list. Maybe sway bar, won't know till I see how it handles stock. I don't off road or tow much so mot sure it will be needed.

I bought the Limited model so I wouldn't have to mod as much. She's at 56k miles now and only has a few upgrades.
- Ceramic tint ($450),
- Mountain Top Aluminum bed cover ($150 Craigslist score),
- Bedslide 1500 ($600 Facebook Marketplace score),
- Paragoptics True Blue Ambient light kit ($399)
- BF Goodrich Advantage TA's, ($1100)

So, you're saying you would rather pay for the remote tailgate drop and get two cup holders? The bean counter that decided to delete one cup holder from the new trucks probably netted FCA a cool $6.5 million.
