what happen when your keyfob dies!

Hmmm. New battery? Did you get any warning? Any blinking light etc.

no its as i stated..if you are new to your ram(and you dont know or anyone else for this matter) this is a little "FYI"

My 2012 Hyundai Azera has a proximity key, so the tech has been around for a while. If the battery dies, you push the start button with the fob. That'll get you to where you need to go until you can replace the battery.
When all else fails, RTFM.
It's a form of RFID. The battery gives you range, but the key can be energized if it's close enough to the start button.
