What brand of heavy duty does Ram use on the off road stock package?

They made by Hitachi. I no longer have them on my truck, but I wouldn’t say they negatively affect the ride. I don’t know the answer to your second question.

I have the rebel w the offroad group and compared to my 2012 sport stock suspension and then the 5100s I put on it for a level its night and day. The suspension on the gen5 rebel is amazing in comparison.
